We really enjoyed this tour. The guide covered many great stories as well as provide detailed history on the Williamsburg location itself. I did notice two interesting pics. This one is at the W&M campus building. I will send another for reference and the last of an interesting shot at the Wythe house.

Check out these photos from the Halloween extreme ghost tour. All three were taken in quick succession, but the middle photo has something extra! This was a great tour, lots of fun and several good photos of energy rods.

When my sisters and I went on this tour near the jail, one of my sisters and I starting hearing horse hooves and we started looking around to see where they were coming from. Shortly after hearing this, our guide began telling about the horses and carts that would take the prisoners from the jail to the gallows. It was also pointed out that there weren't any horses out at that time of day so there would be no way we could hear that. During that same tour, we pointed out to our guide that there was a light on in the capital building and someone walking around. Our guide called security and we were informed that the building was closed and there weren't any peolple inside! My sister took a picture of it and then her screen went black! It didn't come back on until we were in our car and the picture was gone! It was a crazy night, that's for sure!

Took a ghost tour on December 2. Our guide was Clare, who knew the history of the area well and is an excellent storyteller too. The last stop was the Peyton Randolph House, the 'blood red' one north of Duke of Gloucester St. Clare advised us not to walk on the property, but pictures would be OK. I took several with my iPhone and caught the one attached here. It's called an orb and is unlike anything I'd ever seen before. Bottom line: do the tour. You just might see something you've never seen before!

During the October 21 extreme ghost tour we took several pictures of the houses. Most but not all of the photos had some kind of white transparent 'energy rods' in them. We had several pictures of the Stith house taken in quick succession. As shown here, the first photo is clear but for a light rod in the upper right. The second photo has some kind of image on the left of the house at the fence, then the third photo is clear again. The extra image in the second photo is odd. I wonder what it could be? We hope that the tour company or another viewer can shed some light. This is a really good tour, we recommend it. We got some great images!

During the day I had an experience in the Payton house that I cound not explain. I keep my SLR camera around my neck at all times with the flash closed while walking around. When we came out of the payton tour I went to close the flash and it would not close due to a small stone inside no way that stone could have entered naturally. On the tour that night I told the guide and when we got to that house on the tour my camera would not operate when pointed at the bulding. if i turned in any other direction it would operate normally but WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THAT HOUSE AT NIGHT. I could photograph any other house that night. In the photo you will see the guide we had that night with an orb by her while she told of another tale.

My husband and I brought our nephews visiting from Ohio to the Tuesday 8pm Original Tour with Deb, DEB IS AMAZING!!! She's a hilarious and enthusiastic storyteller, amazing stories and locations and a lot of laughs! We had the best, creepiest time! I think we will make this a yearly October ritual! Thanks for a great night! :-)

Being my first time on a ghost tour, I really wasn\'t expecting to capture anything on film, but that didn\'t stop me from taking over 50 pictures this evening. The top 3 were taken of the bell tower of the Bruton Parish Church within 20 seconds of each other on a very overcast night without a star in the sky. Two orbs can be seen to the right of the steeple on the first exposure while the other two show nothing at all in the same spot. The bottom two were taken within an even shorter amount of time as our guide Heather was giving an amazing retelling the events of the Wythe Household when my lense caught what appeared to be an array of dancing orbs outside. I\'ve never experienced experienced goosebumps the way I did on the Palace Green like I did as we left. An extraordinary experience to be sure!
