We had a great time on the ghost tour. Here are a lot of orbs around the George Wythe house. We took several other pictures of the same house but they were all clear.

I took this picture I think in front of the Peyton Randolph house. As you can see directly in front of me is am image of a lady in a dark outfit appearing to be a dress with what looks like a peral earring and a hat. It is as if she was going to church. This lady was not on the tour with us and I never saw her. My son found her in the picture. I kept seeing the white thing on the top of her hat and could nt figure out what it was. Now if you look down in the lower right hand corner of the picute you can see a clear image of a ghost. It appears to me a male in colonail clothing. I never saw him until I was scanning though my pictures. My daughter has pictures od a lady in a long white gown with a shaw wrapped around her stanind next ot her in two pictures. She is very clear. Claire was our guide and was awesome. The house the lady was supposed to be at was the first on our stop but she was pictured next to my daughter two houses down. Cant wait to go back.

My daughter and I went on the extreme tour on 10/14/2013. Claire was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and kept the tour interesting. In looking through my pictures this was taken in the open field just before the Randolph house.

We took the 8pm candlelight tour on Sept 23 with Heidi (or Pam? I cant remember her name, but she was awesome!!!) Unfortunately, my phone died long before the tour began, so I couldn't take any pictures. But i was standing next to several people who could not get any pictures of the red brick house. And our guide (pretty sure her name was Heidi.. ashamed that I cant remember because she really was good) made the tour so fun. I cant wait to come back and take the tour again, maybe the more intense 1030 tour. But only if Heidi (it is Heidi, right??) is leading it. :o)

I've lived here my entire life and have never taken advantage of such a great opportunity. Ann was great and I can't wait to come back! The photo was taken just prior to the ghost tour at Chowning's Tavern, that captures not only the Mandolin player, but also perhaps a 'prior resident' of the tavern.

I wish that I had an entire page to gab about this tour. I walked the extreme version beginning at 10:30. This first picture is before the guides even showed up, a little after ten while waiting in front of the beautiful church. Of course I couldn't see the orbs shown so clear in this picture while standing there. Soon the guides showed up, our group was split, and the adventure began. Our tour guide was the most wonderful woman with a talent for storytelling that even makes a skeptic wait for the next sentence. She allowed us to take our time getting our fill of the places she told detailed stories about. I soon realized as I began snapping picture after picture that orbs would frequently appear on the display screen though I could see darkness in the air in front of me. (I was told to take pictures in quick succession to receive the full effect of the movement of energy between the group's flashing cameras and the multitude of distraught spirits lost in a time of war and injustice.) Literally all but 4 of the 89 pictures I took (two were accidents an mostly covered by a finger) had distinctive orbs; large as basketballs or small as pinpricks, bright as a flashlight or as opaque as fog, some you would even swear have shapes in their depths, I swear the longer I stare at these pictures the more I can see. Yes there were lamps along the streets but they are always at a distinct level, orange, and only blurred if the surroundings were blurred from me moving into place. I have struggled to choose a smaller amount to upload but I cannot promise you won't see my name a silly amount of times in these testimonials. Many are better viewed in succession (all have time stamps) so I will try to mention the order in the description. I highly recommend this tour and suggest bringing a camera. I'd love to go again with a non-digital camera and see if it captures the same phenomena.

Walking down the street during the tour , took several pics (wish I could show them in sequence) but this was the most interesting one of all. The pic before is just of one of the homes as is the pic afterwards. Our visit was at 9/7/13 at the 9:00 tour.
